Medical Claims

You have a limited time frame to file a claim against a physician, medical provider or hospital after an act of neglect or omission which injured you or your loved one. In Mississippi, that time frame is two years on private doctors and  hospitals but one year for state supported healthcare. If we believe you have a potential case for medical negligence, we will obtain your medical records and have another doctor review the records and determine if he or she agrees that you were injured as a result of medical negligence, and if so, we will proceed with filing suit and preparing your case for trial.
